These Terms and Conditions govern use of lnayurveda.com and purchases made from LN Ayurveda, the online storefront operated by LN Pharmaceuticals.

Products, Pricing and Orders

Product names, pack information, prices and applicable combination discounts are displayed on the website. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. An order is accepted after successful payment and our ability to fulfil and deliver the ordered products is confirmed. We may contact the customer if an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted.

Payments

Payment must be completed using an available prepaid payment method presented through the secure payment provider. A payment shown as pending is not treated as a successful order until the payment provider confirms completion. Customers should avoid making a duplicate payment for the same order while a transaction is pending.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free on website orders. We aim to dispatch accepted orders within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Delivery generally takes approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, courier serviceability, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, general change-of-mind returns after delivery are not accepted for wellness products. If a product is delivered damaged, leaking, broken, or an incorrect product is supplied, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order reference and clear photos or video. Eligible verified claims may receive a replacement/exchange or refund. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days after approval; the bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the credit. Customers should read the product label, directions, precautions and accompanying usage information before use. Information on this website is general product information and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice. Cancellation and Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is not confirmed by the payment provider, the order is not treated as paid. If money is debited but the transaction is not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference so that the status can be checked. Any reversal or refund follows the payment provider/bank processing cycle.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
