Return Policy

This policy applies to physical LN Ayurveda wellness products purchased from lnayurveda.com, operated by LN Pharmaceuticals.

When a Return / Replacement Claim Is Eligible

Contact LN Pharmaceuticals within 48 hours of delivery if your product arrives damaged, leaking or broken, or if you receive a product different from the one ordered. Please keep the product and original packaging while the claim is being reviewed.

Evidence Required

Provide your order number/reference, registered name and phone number, a description of the problem and clear photographs or video showing the product, issue and packaging. This helps us verify the delivery problem promptly.

Return Instructions

If physical return of the product is required after verification, LN Pharmaceuticals will provide return or collection instructions. Please do not send a product back without receiving instructions from us first. For an approved damaged/incorrect-product claim, the customer will not be charged an additional product cost for an authorized replacement.

Products Not Ordinarily Eligible for Return

Products are not ordinarily eligible for return where the request is solely due to change of mind, personal preference, or where the product has been opened, used, consumed or tampered with after correct delivery. This does not limit any right that applies under applicable consumer law.

Replacement or Refund

After verification, an eligible claim may be resolved through replacement/exchange or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability. If a refund is approved, it is initiated to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days after approval. See our Refund and Replacement Policy for payment-refund details.
