LN Pharmaceuticals ships physical LN Ayurveda products ordered through lnayurveda.com to serviceable delivery addresses in India.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful prepaid/online payment. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during unusually high-volume periods may begin processing on the next available business day. If we are unable to fulfil an accepted paid order, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including refund where applicable.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch accepted orders within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Dispatch time may be longer where there is a public holiday, courier disruption, exceptional demand or another circumstance outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates because transit depends on the destination, courier network, weather, local restrictions and other circumstances outside LN Pharmaceuticals' reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

LN Pharmaceuticals currently provides free shipping on website orders. No Cash on Delivery service is offered.

Delivery Address and Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and serviceable delivery address, PIN code and reachable mobile number. Please contact us promptly if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Where tracking information is available, it may be communicated using the contact details provided with the order. If a shipment is substantially delayed, marked delivered but not received, or encounters another delivery issue, contact LN Pharmaceuticals with the order reference so we can review the courier status.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If a product arrives damaged, leaking or broken, or an incorrect product is supplied, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order details and clear photos or video. See the Return Policy and Refund and Replacement Policy.
